Intro about me :) x

My name is Temiloluwa Adefolu, I am 19 years of age. I am a student currently studying Graphic Design.

The real reason I started studying Graphic Design(Illustration)was because it has given me a better understanding into what path I want to pursue for my future. I have always been interested in producing designs with the Adobe software. At a young age it has been a dream of mine to become an Illustrator designer; this is because I have always viewed myself as a creative type. When creating my art, I get motivation from artists

I find doing Digital Painting ­­­­­­­­is a good way to for me to express myself; it has also allowed me to have more confidence in myself and to bring my creativity to use. I regularly draw everyday objects and images of individuals.

I have worked with clients in college, I have designed posters, Magazine covers, logos and I have also been doing commissions of digital painting out of college.

In the past few years of studying graphic design I have learnt the importance of team work, using my own initiatives, working independently, Time Management, Communication and interpersonal skills, meeting dea­­dlines­­ and using the Adobe programme such as In Design, Photoshop, Light room and Illustrator.

I was drawn to illustration because it offered me the flexibility to be innovative, while studying graphic design, I realized that I was passionate of using illustration in my work; I have also had the opportunity to use old-style drawing like using pen and pencils.

I want to push myself to try out new different style technique in which I can use to demonstrate and put my ideas in use. I have always wanted to try out different skills in Photography which I want to use in the future. In my spare time I enjoy watching videos of artists, I enjoy painting, sometimes I also help out within the college which I am an ambassador.
